These terms govern your use of the DailySale website and Chrome extension. By using DailySale, you agree to the terms below.
Service description
DailySale provides automation to help you run Etsy “Sales & Discounts / Run a Sale”. We do not operate Etsy itself and rely on Etsy’s official interfaces.
Account and access
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for any actions taken with your credentials or license key.
Acceptable use
You agree to use DailySale in compliance with Etsy policies and applicable laws. Misuse or abusive behavior may result in suspension.
Payments and credits
Paid features are delivered via credits or subscriptions. Purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
Legal entity
DailySale is operated by FOP Kossak.
